Returns policy

Expat Family Store wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, then please contact Expat Family Store at info@expatfamilyistore.com.

Right to withdrawal

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Expat Family Store (see below for contact details) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You can do this by the following methods:

3. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. Print the form and send it by post to the address above, or email the form to: info@expatfamilystore.com

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, Expat Family Store shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the economical standard delivery offered by Expat Family Store), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the earlier of the day on which Expat Family Store receives the returned goods from you. Expat Family Store will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless Expat Family Store has expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, Expat Family Store will not impose any fee for such reimbursement.

As long as you have taken 'reasonable care' (do not remove any labels, soil the products or damage them) of the product and its packaging Expat Family Store will refund your item. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Expat Family Store without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to Expat Family Store (see above). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging and use a 'signed for' delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Please include the original packaging where possible and include a 'sender' name and address for our reference. 

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the goods were handled in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
